Thursday Workout

Okay, so while continuing with the challenge of the morning workout, it gets more and more interesting as it gets colder and a bit darker every day at 6 a.m… but i am not backing down. After all, a healthy mind in a healthy body, right?

Here is my Thursday routine, with great videos from  FitnessBlender . Plenty to choose from, depending on the fitness level and ones preferences.
